Traditionally, Housewives cook food for a long time. I did it myself many years ago.

But here's the question: is it necessary in General, long cooking or frying? And how not to destroy the useful while doing so?
Maybe it's better to eat everything raw?
But in fact, pure raw food is only good for young people with excellent digestion.

There is an ideal option-soups of quick cooking and easy stewing of vegetables (2-5 minutes at constant heat stirring).

This helps to preserve all the value of vegetables, and at the same time facilitates the digestion process.

Broccoli soup with leeks and garlic om.

For two servings of soup, take 1.5 cups of water. When the water boils-throw in a pan a handful of gronk broccoli and the same amount of chopped rings of leeks ( you can add a head of simple onions).After 30-60 seconds
remove from the heat, cover with a lid, leave stand for a few minutes, add the chopped walnut kernels (5-6 pieces), salt to taste, two or three cloves of garlic, process everything with a blender in the puree.
Pour into plates, to taste-black pepper, add herbs and melted butter-0.5 h spoon per serving.
Very tasty with rye, whole grain bread!
This allows you to save all the value of vegetables, and at the same time facilitates the digestion process.
And it doesn't take much time! 10 minutes - and your lunch is on the table!
The best way to digest any food is when its temperature is close to the temperature of the body.

I warm salads in the winter.
Chopped vegetables and herbs are placed in a frying pan, I add a little water (1-2 tablespoons), constantly stirring, I warm the salad quite slightly!
Transfer to a plate, season with oil, lemon juice, and so on.


A completely different sensation from food! Very comfortable!
Cold food in the stomach has to be heated to start the digestion process efficiently. At the same time you'll feel cold. The optimal combination of raw vegetables and heat-treated ones: 50-50.
Moreover, in winter, the bar shifts towards thermally processed (heated) dishes, and in summer - towards raw ones.

I have been using quick cooking methods for a long time and now I can not eat something that has been cooked for a long time. Somehow tasteless and uselessly.
